Brad and Tania Campbell and their two little daughters can’t wait to move into their new three bedroom home, which is to be built next year.

“We can’t believe how lucky we are to have secured what could be the last waterfront development site on the South Coast.

Not only is the location out of this world, but Reflections is being created in a very professional way and we are delighted how it is taking shape”, said Brad. Brad, who operates his own building design company, and Tania will design their own home, complete with an office so Brad can work from home and have a swim during lunchtime.

“I know a lot of local builders and I will be using them to create the perfect house for our needs as a growing family. We are already living in the area and have been walking around Barlings Beach in our T Shirts and shorts during an unusually warm Winter, while watching the whales who have also found the area a haven”, added Brad.

Canberra-born Tania knows the area well, having spent holidays for many years at her grandfather’s holiday house at Tomakin, while Brad has moved south from the North Coast of NSW.

Brad said “Reflections will be a safe and very enjoyable beach community just minutes from Batemans Bay, where we also do our shopping and spend a lot of time with friends. “ The quiet streets, paths, parklands and beach will be perfect for our girls who can walk and ride their bikes through the estate, without having to cross a busy road to the beach”, he added.

“ We have found a truly amazing place for our young family to grow up and we can’t wait to move into our dream house”, Brad concluded.
