The Year That Was

It's been a busy year for the community at Reflections Barlings Beach, with all remaining lots released as part of stage 2 now sold out. To keep pace with market demand, stage 3 was recently released to the market and already 7 of the 26 lots are sold.

There has been strong demand from a wide range of buyers from interstate, country and local, young families, retirees and professionals seeking a permanent beachfront retreat or holiday home.

New resident homes are now well under construction with a range of builders, including Masterton, GJ Gardner, and Hotondo. 13 new homes are currently being built or will commence construction early 2015.

The community is currently a hive of activity with holiday makers visiting the area over the summer holiday period. To celebrate the New Year, Reflections is hosting two seaside open air cinema events.
